Requirements

• Graduate or candidate for graduation of an ACPE accredited Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree program
• Fully licensed in the state of Arkansas by the start date
• Previous hospital experience as an intern or pharmacist is preferred
• Understanding of overall pharmacy operations and initiative
• Good character and ability to assume responsibilities
• Understanding of functions required to provide pharmaceuticals to inpatient and outpatient use
• Ability to provide care to patients from neonatal through geriatrics with regards to age specific considerations
• Ability to stay current with professional journals, in-services, and professional meetings
• Utilization of drug information to improve the quality of care for patients
