Job Description
CenExel is a leading clinical research site and patient network. As a Pharmacy RN, you will coordinate and collaborate with the Pharmacist to provide support for clinical investigational drug trials, dispense medication accurately, and perform cross-functional duties.

Requirements

  • Reads and understands study protocol and pharmacy manual requirements
  • Reviews protocols and investigator’s brochures for clinical investigational drug trials
  • Ensures access to all studies and monitors pharmacy activities on a daily basis
  • Prepares and dispenses investigational drugs according to IRB-approved protocols
  • Attends training for new studies and ensures IP/Pharmacy management is thoroughly understood and executed
  • Maintains detailed record of controlled medication and daily count
  • Reviews source documents for accuracy and requests changes as needed
  • Ensures the appropriate storage of investigational drugs according to protocol and FDA guidelines
  • Communicates with the study team any discrepancies/violations noted during pharmacy procedures
