Requirements
- Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CphT)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of IV compounding experience or graduation from an accredited IV Admixture Technician program
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, pharmaceutical calculations, and medication safety standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pharmacy technology systems
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel throughout the Metro Phoenix area
