Role OverviewThe Pharmacy Technician Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for the pharmacy technician team. This position is intended for an experienced pharmacy technician who has demonstrated strong leadership skills and is ready to take ownership of technician operations, staff development, workflow, accountability, and team engagement.
What You Will Do
Provide direct day-to-day leadership and supervision of pharmacy technicians, oversee daily pharmacy technician operations, ensure appropriate staffing and workflow coverage, and maintain competency in technician responsibilities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Pharmacy Technician license or registration as required by the State of Michigan
- Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred or required based on organizational standards
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Previous demonstrated leadership experience required
