Job Description
The Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Rep will provide payment assistance solutions and customer support via phone, email, fax, or other means of contact. They will assess user issues, provide first-level support, and escalate unresolved issues as needed. The role requires pharmacy technician experience, HIPAA certification, and call center experience with a strong focus on customer support and problem resolution.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician experience required
HIPAA certified
Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
