Job Description
Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative providing payment assistance solutions for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals. The role involves fielding requests, documenting information, and escalating unresolved issues. The position is 100% remote, with a potential to be converted to a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, pharmacy technician experience, and call center experience. Bi-lingual skills and medical claim processing experience are a plus.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician experience required
HIPAA certified
Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
