The role requires pharmacy technician experience, HIPAA certification, and 3+ years of call center experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
