Job Description
Provide payment assistance solutions to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact. Field requests such as card activation, program eligibility, and explanation of program benefit.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
