Job Description
Works under the supervision of the Pharmacy Coordinator or Pharmacist. Performs job responsibilities in accordance with organizational and departmental policies, procedures, performance improvement objectives and environmental and infection control standards.

Requirements

  • ACPE IV Certification is required.
  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in pharmacy or equivalent technician required.
  • TSBP) REG PHARMACY TECNICIAN As a Registered Technician or Pharmacist Intern Upon Hire and BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Upon Hire
  • PTCB) CERT COMPND STERILE PREP TECHN Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Preferred)
