Job Description
As a Pharmacy Technician I, you will work in the Inpatient Pharmacy department, assisting with nonsterile compounding, delivering medications, and performing other medication-related tasks. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will be responsible for refilling and loading medications into automated dispensing machines (ADMs), maintaining documentation, and handling controlled substances.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Current license with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy
Certified by one of the national governing bodies such as Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Healthcareer Association (ExCPT)
