Pharmacy Technician I

Assist with the operation of the 340B Retail Pharmacy at One Community Health's clinic in Hood River, Oregon, providing efficient and accurate medication dispensing while delivering exceptional customer service to patients.

Requirements

• Current Oregon Pharmacy Technician License at the time of hire
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Active driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations
• Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing regulatory landscape and apply it to pharmacy operations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate professionally in a diverse, multicultural environment
• Effective at managing priorities and meeting deadlines in high-pressure situations
• Strong commitment to compliance with operational policies and procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA Security and Privacy regulations
• Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service
