Role OverviewAt CVS Health, Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence within retail stores. Technicians are often the first point of contact to assist patients and customers, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while providing caring service that exceeds patient expectations.
What You Will Do
Technicians follow Standard Operating Procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe prescription fulfillment, contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and offering immunizations, complete basic inventory activities like medication deliveries and cycle counts, and support additional patient health care services such as immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowable.

Requirements
