Within our Retail locations, Pharmacy Technicians play a critical role in supporting pharmacy teams to deliver operational and service excellence. Technicians are often the first point of contact to assist patients and customers, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
What You Will Do
Support the pharmacy team by following Standard Operating Procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe prescription fulfillment. Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, offering immunizations and other services, and solving or escalating patient problems. Complete basic inventory activities such as putting away medication deliveries and performing cycle counts. Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including traveling to other stores in the market as needed.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state-level licensure/certification as per Board of Pharmacy guidelines, and the ability to complete a rigorous training program. Preferred qualifications include 1-3 years of previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
