Role OverviewAt CVS Health, Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence within retail stores. Technicians are often the first point of contact to assist patients and customers, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while providing caring service that exceeds patient expectations.
What You Will Do
Technicians follow Standard Operating Procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment. They contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, offering immunizations and other services, completing basic inventory activities, and remaining flexible for scheduling and business needs, including traveling to other stores in the market.
