Role OverviewAt CVS Health, Pharmacy Technicians support pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence within retail stores. They are often the first point of contact to assist patients and customers, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while providing caring service that exceeds patient expectations.
What You Will Do
Technicians contribute to safe and effective pharmacy operations by following Standard Operating Procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off). Responsibilities include completing basic inventory activities, contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, and delivering additional patient health care services such as immunizations where allowable by law.
