Role OverviewCVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering operational and service excellence within a retail store location in Midlothian, VA. Technicians are often the first point of contact for patients and customers, assisting the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations, accurate prescription fulfillment, and caring service.
What You Will Do
Support pharmacy operations by following Standard Operating Procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment. Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, offering immunizations, and solving or escalating patient problems. Complete basic inventory activities such as putting away medication deliveries and performing cycle counts. Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including traveling to other stores in the market as needed.
