What You Will Do
As a Pharmacy Technician supporting our PBM clinical and technical call center, you’ll combine pharmacy knowledge with call center operations to assist members, medical providers, and pharmacy providers.

Requirements
- Must currently reside in Mississippi
- Hold an active, current Pharmacy Technician registration with the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy
- Approximately 3 years of relevant Pharmacy Technician experience in retail, hospital, PBM, managed care, health insurance, specialty, or a similar pharmacy environment
- Experience with pharmacy claims, prior authorizations, prescription benefits, medication terminology, and member/provider support
- Strong customer service, communication, computer, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, production-focused remote environment
