What You Will Do
Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, responsible for supporting pharmacy operations in the preparation, compounding, and distribution of medications for patient care. This role will provide technical leadership, training, quality assurance support, inventory management, and workflow oversight to maintain optimal pharmacy operations and patient safety standards.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- California Pharmacy Technician License
- Certification by National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (CPhT) within 6 months of hire
- Certification by a national pharmacy technician certification board in sterile compounding preparation (CSPT) required within 1 year of hire
- 2 years' pharmacy technician experience with 1 year sterile compounding
