The role involves supporting pharmacy operations in the preparation, compounding, and distribution of medications for patient care.
What You Will Do
Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will be responsible for supporting pharmacy operations, specializing in sterile compounding, hazardous drug handling, and compliance with USP <797>, <800> and institutional policies. You will ensure medication accuracy, safety, and timely delivery while collaborating closely with nurses and pharmacy personnel.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- California Pharmacy Technician License
- Certification by National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (CPhT) within 6 months of hire
- Certification by a national pharmacy technician certification board in sterile compounding preparation (CSPT) required within 1 year of hire
- 2 years' pharmacy technician experience with 1 year sterile compounding
