Role OverviewJoin the Scripps Health team as a Pharmacy Technician Specialist – Medication History, working alongside passionate caregivers to provide patient-centered healthcare. This is a full-time position with varied 10-hour shifts at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla.
What You Will Do
Obtain accurate and complete medication histories for patients admitted to the acute care facility, support clinical pharmacists and providers, and contribute to patient safety by minimizing medication discrepancies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- California Pharmacy Technician License
- Certification by a national pharmacy technician certification board (CPhT) within 6 months of hire
- ASHP Medication History Training Program within 1 year of hire
- Minimum 2 years' pharmacy technician experience
