Role Overview

As a Pharmaceutical Sciences (PharmSci) Project Manager, you will provide project management, integrated planning, and resource forecasting to PSSM development teams. You will work at the intersection of Business and Science to enable the successful delivery of your projects. You will gain experience working across multiple therapeutic areas and support programs across all phases of development.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for integrated project planning, data analytics, and digital tools/systems and AI deployment. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver program outcomes within the forecasted timeline and budget. You will also develop scenarios to support project strategy changes and prepare detailed analysis of cost/timeline comparisons.

Requirements

  • B.S. with 8+ years of experience or M.S./MBA degree with 6+ years of experience in scientific or engineering discipline
  • Ability to establish and develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization and team-based environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work products and communications
  • Able to work under tight timelines, multi-task, and prioritize one's work to meet key deadlines
