Obtains blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary collection methods, and processes orders and specimens according to laboratory policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Either completion of phlebotomy class or at least one year of phlebotomy experience
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
