Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor to join our team. The Phlebotomy Technician Programs run for 3-12 weeks. Instructors are responsible for instructing students in all aspects of the Phlebotomy Technician scope of practice, evaluating, reporting, and recording student performance and progress.
What You Will Do
Instructing students, evaluating student performance, and preparing students for externship in a lab or hospital.

Requirements
- Current CPT License
- 3 years of documented on-the-job experience in a CLIA lab within the last 5 years
- Proficiency in all aspects of blood collection, including capillary, syringe, vacutainer, and butterfly methods
- Comfortable with speaking to large groups, multi-tasking, and critical thinking
- Efficient with computers and technology
- Organized and detail-oriented
