Job Description
Come be part of our Rooms team as the Phone Operator at the Hyatt Regency DFW located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability working any day from 7am to 12am, including, weekends and holidays.
  • Previous Phone operator experience Required
  • Computer knowledge and experience required.
  • Customer service experience with excellent written and especially verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in active listening and able to provide clear concise directions
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
