Job Description
Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Delegates treatment programs to Physical Therapy Assistant and supervises LPTA in patient care treatment program.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy school
  • Valid driver's license and private vehicle or proof of reliable transportation
  • Proof of current auto liability insurance
  • Current Oregon licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Excellent communication skills
