Job Description
Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels.

Requirements

  • Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016
  • current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana
  • Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
