Role OverviewJoin our innovative mobile physical therapy team as a part-time Physical Therapist. We're seeking candidates with a strong Neuro and Ortho PT background to deliver outpatient physical therapy directly in patients' homes. This role includes the use of telehealth services to support patient care.
What You Will Do
As a Physical Therapist on our mobile team, you will provide direct patient care, teach, and participate in departmental process improvement. You will also serve as a role model for all therapists and clinical interns in professional, clinical, communication, education, and leadership activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in State of Illinois
- BLS from American Heart Association upon hire
