Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
- New graduates welcome where applicable
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization
