Job Description
The Physical Therapist-Adult (PT) role is a full-time position that coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities include patient evaluation/assessment, establishing and implementing a plan of care, and educating patients/caregivers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
  • Doctorate’s degree, preferred
  • Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado (required)
  • BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
