Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) role available at a private practice outpatient physical therapy group with 9 clinic locations in Phoenix/Metro area and Yuma, AZ. The role involves carrying out treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapists for an adult and mixed-age outpatient orthopedic population.

Requirements

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed PT
  • Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions for adult outpatient orthopedic patients
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising PT
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using Clinicient/InsightGo with AI Scribe support
  • Build genuine therapeutic rapport with patients and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Collaborate with PTs, aides, and support staff in a team-oriented setting
