Role OverviewContinuum Rehab Group provides in-house therapy with Skilled Nursing facilities in Texas, New Mexico, Indiana, Arizona, and Missouri. This position is open to therapists at all experience levels. What You Will Do
Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions. Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of an Physical Therapist.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services. Assesses and document patient’s progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly. Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
