Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
What You Will Do
Implement treatment plans, administer therapeutic exercises, observe and document patient responses, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting or equivalent education and experience

- Experience in home health, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
