Job Description
Physical Therapist directs patient participation in activities to restore and maintain good health, conducts evaluations, develops treatment plans, and educates patients and caregivers. Performs duties such as documentation, billing, and discharge planning.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Evaluation and treatment skills necessary to provide Physical Therapy appropriate to the developmental and chronological age of patients on caseload
  • Professional initiative, objectivity, good time management and interpersonal skills
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 Days
  • Licensed Physical Therapist, Ohio and/or Multi State Compact license required
