Role OverviewThe Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, plans, and implements evidence-based physical therapy services for patients in acute inpatient and outpatient settings. The PT promotes optimal function and quality of life by restoring mobility, relieving pain, and preventing permanent physical disabilities. This role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care across a diverse patient population.
What You Will Do
Perform physical therapy evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, provide therapy interventions, reassess patient progress, and communicate with healthcare providers. Deliver outpatient physical therapy services and educate patients and families on treatment goals and exercises.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master’s degree preferred)
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- 1–2 years preferred in both acute and outpatient settings; new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered
