Job Description
Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest Medicare-certified home health provider, is hiring Physical Therapists to join their award-winning team. As a Physical Therapist, you will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current PT license (state-specific)
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Valid BLS certification
  • Minimum one year of PT experience (home health experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle
  • Ability to visit homes that may not be wheelchair accessible
  • Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and dexterity to perform physical assessments and demonstrate care techniques
  • Engage in physical activities such as walking, standing, stooping, and occasional lifting or turning of patients
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records is a plus
