What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and supervise staff.

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current state of TN Physical Therapist (PT) license
- CPR certification
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
