Role OverviewConduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records. Supervise physical therapy staff and contribute to program development. Adhere to state practice act regulations and the American Physical Therapy Association code of ethics.
What You Will Do
Assess physical status, range of motion, strength, posture, ambulation, balance, and independence in activities of daily living. Implement individualized treatment plans and supervise staff. Participate in educational activities and outreach community events.

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current state of TN Physical Therapist (PT) license
- CPR certification
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and MS Office
