Role OverviewAs a Physical Therapist at Endeavor Health, you will provide direct physical therapy services to patients, demonstrating clinical skill and developing individualized treatment plans. You will evaluate patient's physical and functional status, plan and implement therapeutic programs, and stay updated on new techniques and equipment in the field. You will work in a team environment, utilizing specialized therapists who teach at local universities and provide mentorship through residency and fellowship programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Preferred: Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Physical Therapist II
