What You Will Do
Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, evaluating physical and functional status, documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts, independently managing own case load, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months
