What You Will Do
Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on treatment plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
