Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and qualified Primary Care Physical Therapist to service our patients throughout the Gainesville region area. The Physical Therapist role performs visits in homes, ALF's, and ILF's, clinics, and via Telehealth.
What You Will Do
Perform visits in homes, ALF's, and ILF's, clinics, and via Telehealth. Obtain complete health and psychosocial history and records findings in a systematic format. Perform complete physical assessment, while providing health education and counseling.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program and certified thought the therapy state board
- A current license to practice in the state of SC
- Current CPR Certificate
- Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places
- Ability to utilize electronic documentation required'
- At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for
- Experience and/or interest in Pelvic Health Preferred
