Role OverviewVisiting Nurse Service Westchester is looking for a Physical Therapist to work in Putnam or Dutchess counties. The role involves assessing patients, developing therapy plans, and providing direct care. The Physical Therapist will also instruct and supervise patients in the home exercise program.

Requirements
- NYS professional License and current registration as a Physical Therapist
- One (1) year of full time experience in direct provision of physical therapy service
- Ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in the home setting
- Home care experience preferred
- Ability to utilize industry technology such as a tablet when in the field with patients
- Experience with Oasis assessments is preferred
- Ability to drive with automobile in good working condition and available for use in the field
