Role OverviewPhysical therapists are responsible for diagnosing physical impairments, creating plans of care, providing treatment, and educating patients. They create plans of care that are designed to alleviate pain, restore function, prevent disabilities, and promote quality of life of patients.
What You Will Do
Provide skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders, coordinate treatment plans with various care providers, and assure continuation of therapeutic plans following discharge.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures, and thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current New York State Physical Therapist license or permit working toward license
- Physical Therapy Experience preferred
