Role OverviewThe Physical Therapist will provide onsite care at L.L.Bean's employee health clinic in Freeport, Maine, and may occasionally support other InterMed Physical Therapy locations. The role involves evaluating and treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, with a strong emphasis on occupational health and workplace injury management.
What You Will Do
The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer evidence-based interventions. They will also evaluate and manage occupational injuries, conduct ergonomic assessments, and support return-to-work and functional recovery programs.

Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license
- 2 years or more of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in ergonomics, industrial rehabilitation, or corporate/occupational health settings
- Experience conducting worksite evaluations and ergonomic assessments
- Strong commitment to evidence-based patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making abilities
