Requirements
- Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of TN
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current state of TN Physical Therapist License (PT)
- CPR certification
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
- Basic PC skills and knowledge
