Role OverviewAs a Physical Therapist with Caringhand Home Health Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering skilled care that addresses the unique challenges of home health environments, helping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence.
What You Will Do
Evaluate patients’ functional status, mobility, muscle strength, gait, and ROM to develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver physical therapy services in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and California’s Physical Therapy Practice Act.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapy license
- Minimum 2 years of PT experience; home health background is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients and families
- Current CPR certification with AHA
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
