Job Description
Mentor South Bay provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Health and Mental Health Outpatient services. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health Professions.
  • Consult with team members in the development of individualized plans and multidisciplinary services for assigned clients
  • Maintain client records completely and accurately
  • Complete billing documentation according to schedule established by the company
  • Adhere to professional standards and guidelines according to their respective disciplines
