Job Description
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in San Bernardino, CA and surrounding areas. Therapists will work in PRN positions, evaluating and treating impairments, and developing integrated treatment plans in patients' homes and communities.
Requirements
Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
State licensure
Experience in treating neurologically related disorders
Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills
