Role OverviewConduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records. Supervise staff and contribute to program development. Work in an autonomous environment with basic PC skills and knowledge.
What You Will Do
Assess physical status, range of motion, strength, posture, ambulation, balance, and independence in activities of daily living. Implement treatment plans and interact with patients, family members, and staff.

Requirements
- Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment
- Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current TN Physical Therapist (PT) license
- CPR certification
