What You Will Do
Assesses individuals with physical disabilities and/or an intellectual disability for occupational therapy activities; gives individual and group instructions to individuals in various occupational therapy activities.

The Connecticut Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in New Haven. This per diem position offers a flexible schedule of typically 2 days per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Requirements
- license as a Physical Therapist issued by the Connecticut Department of Public Health
- considerable interpersonal skills
- oral and written communication skills
- ability to gain interest, cooperation and confidence of individuals
- utilize computer software
